Ezera Brut is a dry sparkling cider made from the highest quality apples picked in Kurzeme, fermented at low temperatures for several months to preserve the freshness characteristic of the northern climate. Delicate aromas of apples and meadow, in elegant harmony with a soft texture and persistent flavor bouquet. Perfect for appetizers, cheese and white meat dishes.

The 2020 cider is made from our orchard's hundred-year-old late cultivars.
