Extra brut cider from apple varieties from several regions: Burgundy, Normandy, Brittany and Pays d'Othe. Slowly fermented and matured in Aligoté, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, whiskey, Armagnac, Marc de Bourgogne, rum barrels. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, without lees removal.

Notes of fresh apples, verbena, citrus fruits. The taste is mineral, almost salty. For an aperitif with salmon canapes or seafood.
