Apple cider made from sweet and sour apples of the Northern Vidzeme varieties and paradise apples. Fermented with wild yeast, slowly retaining the aroma and sweetness of apples, complemented by the probability and diversity of wild yeasts. A pronounced acidity note that will suit Cheddar-type cheeses. Semi-dry.
