Extra brut cider from dozens of apple varieties from several regions: Burgundy, Normandy, Brittany and Pays d'Othe. Slowly fermented and matured in wine (40%) and spirits (60%) barrels. Secondary fermentation in the bottle (methode champenoise). Notes of fresh apples and flowers, a minty touch. Beautiful liveliness and balance in the mouth. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with grilled fish, poultry or mushroom risotto.
